Student of the Month for September 2008 Master Karun Teja, Age 17, a 11th grader , despite being vision and mobility challenged is excelling in Vision-Aid course-work. Karan's parents realizing the advantage that computers can bring him have been regularly bringing Karan to classes since early 2007 joining in Vision-Aid's CCA course. He has done very well in CCA and now moved to the DCA program. In a recent meeting with the program officer of Sight Saver's International, (Mr Ketan Kothari on Aug 26), Karan said " My Vision Aid training is giving me tremedous confidence, access to computers and reopened the world for me and relieved my parents. I am now doing well in college also ,in the top ten ,better than most of my sighted colleagues . I have no doubt now that I will find a seat in a professional college "
