Dear Vision-Aid 2025 Annual Event Attendee, 

We look forward to seeing you next Sunday July 27th afternoon, at Vision-Aid’s annual event “Shakuntala – The legend of the Lost Ring” at J. Everett Collins Center for the Performing Arts, 100 Shawsheen Rd, Andover, MA 01810. 

Suggested arrival time is 3 – 3:15 PM for the pre-event social/snacks. Seating starts at 3:30 PM and show starts 4PM sharp. 

Important  info reg. Dinner: There will be NO on-site sales for dinner.  We provide dinner to Sponsors and VIP($100) ticket holders only. Other ticket holders who want dinner at the venue must pre-ordered dinner by July 22nd. Online dinner sales close after 22nd. 

Event Timing/Schedule 

3:00 pm: Ticketing tables open

3 – 3:45 pm: Social hour and welcome snack, photos. Snack serving will stop at 3:45 pm.

3:15 pm: Theater Doors open and seating begins.

4 pm: Show begins at 4 pm sharp. Please note – we always begin our shows on time and do not wait for audience fill-in, so please be in your seats by 3:45 pm.

4 – 7:15 pm – The event ends at around 7:15 pm. There will be an intermission. 

7:15 – 8 pm: Boxed Dinner in Cafeteria for sponsors, VIP ticket holders and others who pre-ordered dinner.

Attending virtually?

If you ordered your virtual tickets already you will get your personal link to view the show via email by July 23rd. If you do not see this email, please check your spam / junk folder and contact us at tickets@visionaid.org. From July 24th onward, we will be constantly monitoring incoming sales and will send out links to anyone who orders a virtual ticket. Please allow a few hours to get your link. Our volunteers should catch up with all virtual link orders within 12 hours of your placing the order. 

Virtual Only attendees can please disregard the rest of this message which applies to the attendees of the live show in the theater.

Logistics at Event

Please note there will be 3 ticketing stations in the lobby: 

Table 1. Sponsors / VIP ($100)

Table 2. Premium ($75) tickets & Balcony ($35)

Table 3. Classic tickets ($50)

How seating works 

Sponsors , VIP ($100) and Premium ($75) ticket holders:  You will have assigned seating by name. When you come to the venue, please go to your  designated table and show your ticket. You will be provided with a wrist band and a seat number. 

Classic ($50)  & Rear/Balcony ($35) ticket holders: Please note that this is open seating – first come, first serve – those who come early get the best seats. If you bought group of 10 tickets will be pre-assigned together.

Photos 

Join us for photos with your friends at the Fotu Duniya  & Krisp Fotos photo booth in the lobby during the social hour between 3 and 3:45 pm.

Snacks/Dinner

Welcome Snack: We will offer a delicious, complimentary snack and tea to all attendees. This will be available  during the social hour, from 3 to 3:45 pm, and serving will stop at 3:45 pm. So please be sure to arrive before 3:30 pm.

About Dinner boxes: 

A delicious boxed vegetarian dinner from Gourmet India, will be offered after the show to all sponsors and VIP ($100) ticket holders. Other ticket holders can pre-order their dinner for $16 from www.VisionAid.org/event. Online sales of dinner will be available until July 23rd. There will be no sales on site so please be sure to pre-order your dinner before 23rd! NO ONSITE SALES OF DINNER!
