Divyashri Prasath wish for her Arangetram

Dear family and friends,

As some of you may know, while pursuing her love for dance with utmost passion and dedication, Divya is also very passionate about making a difference in the lives of people who are less fortunate. In particular, since starting her Bharatanatyam journey, she has been volunteering with Vision-Aid, a nonprofit serving the vision impaired with incurable eye conditions in India, by participating in their amazing annual dance mega-events and helping as a volunteer with them.

Divya wishes to support Vision-Aid through her Arangetram also to benefit those who cannot “see” the beauty of this artform.

As a Vision-Aid ambassador, Divya has specifically requested all friends and family to not make any personal gifts to her. Instead, if you wish, you may make a donation in any amount of your choice to Vision-Aid, a 100% volunteer-run non-profit, where the funds are efficiently used to Enable, Educate and Empower visually impaired children and youth. Vision-Aid rehabilitates over 20,000 children, youth and adults every year.
