Rights of Persons with Disabilities
This course teaches to bridge the gap between legal content of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2014 (RPWD Act) and
actually availing the rights outlined by it for the visually impaired.
The course also covers key highlights of the Act in an easy to
understand manner with examples how these provisions might
apply to real-life situations, bring awareness about their rights and
empower the visually impaired to seek their rights.
Open to sighted tutors/trainers, and visually impaired students
who are interested to know more about their rights.
