Important Information for Event Attendees on July 31 – In-person event and Zoom event

Dear Vision-Aid Supporter,

We have a spectacular show waiting for you: “The Jewel of Justice – the saga of Kannagi” on Sunday July 31st, 2022 @ 4 PM US EDT.  Please read this carefully if you are coming to the in-person event in Watertown, MA. 

(If you are attending the Zoom event, scroll down to the next section for Zoom attendees)

1. In-Person Event Attendees

Theater doors open at 3 PM and we recommend you arrive early (by 3 PM) to allow enough time to park, walk to the theater, complete the check in, enjoy the social hour, get pictures, enjoy the welcome snack and allow enough time to settle into your seats! The show will begin at 4 PM sharp.

Keeping Covid in mind, we have limited in-person attendance at this event to around 60% of the theatre’s capacity.

Address

The Mosesian Center for the Arts is located at 321 Arsenal Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. Free parking is available adjacent to the theater.  

Parking

Free parking is available in the garage across from Panera, but garage entrances and exits may vary – always follow current signage.

Ticketing/Check-in

Ticket holders: If you bought your tickets from the theater, please follow the instructions sent to you by the Mosesian Theater Box Office.

Sponsors:  For all event sponsors – your names will be available at the theater ticketing desk. You will need to check in. If you have any questions about your reservations before the event day or if your plans have changed and you can no longer attend, please notify us asap at Tickets@VisionAid.org

Dinner: We will offer a delicious boxed dinner to all attendees, starting at approximately 6 PM.

2. Zoom Attendees

    • The show will be hosted on a Zoom Webinar.
    • Every attendee who registered via a ticket purchase or donation or sponsorship should have received a Zoom webinar registration link.

Important: You will need to click on the Zoom Webinar registration link and register for the event to get your personal zoom link for the show. We strongly recommend you register soon after you receive this registration email. You will get the actual personal Zoom link only after you register.

  • You will need to register using the First Name, Last Name and this email address (the email ID that you are receiving this email at). If you prefer to receive the Zoom pass at a different email than the one that you used, please email us at Tickets@VisionAid.org requesting a change in email address. Please tell us your old and new email address and date of your purchase.
  • After you register and receive your Zoom link we recommend you bookmark the email and add it to your calendar!
  • The Zoom link you receive cannot be shared with others. Also, please note that your Zoom link can only be used on ONE device in a household.
  • If you have not used Zoom before, be sure to login at least once prior to the show to test the account. For more information about how to login and test your audio, click here: https://www.zoom.us/. You may be asked to download plugins, if so please download the required plugins.
  • On Sunday July 31, we will start the webinar at 3:00 PM. We recommend you arrive early (by 3:30 pm) and settle in!
  • We will begin the show promptly at 4 PM EDT.
