Important Information for July 23rd, Annual Event Attendees

Dear Event Attendee,

Thank you so much for purchasing tickets or sponsoring Vision-Aid’s annual event “The Son of the Wind – The Saga of Hanuman”. While joining us for this spectacular and unique visual treat you are also helping us to raise funds for programs of Vision-Aid to Enable, Educate and Empower the visually impaired. 

This message contains important information about the event – logistics, parking, ticketing, schedule, snacks, etc. Please be sure to review it carefully! 

Event Date/Time/Location 

When: Sunday, 23rd July from 4 – 7:15 pm. (Suggested arrival for social and welcome snack is 3:15 – 3:30pm)

WHERE : 56 King St. Littleton MA (Please click here for a GPS pin to the exact location

Event Timing/Schedule 

  • 3:00 pm: Ticketing tables open
  • 3 – 3:45 pm: Social hour and welcome snack, photos. Snack serving will stop at 3:45 pm.
  • 3:15 pm: Theater Doors open and seating begins.
  • 4 pm: Show begins at 4 pm sharp. Please note – we always begin our shows on time and do not wait for audience fill-in, so please be in your seats by 3:55 pm.
  • 4 – 7:15 pm – The event ends at around 7:15 pm. There will be an intermission. 
  • 7:15 – 8 pm: Boxed Dinner in Cafeteria for sponsors, VIP ticket holders and others who pre-ordered dinner.

For Virtual/Zoom Ticket Holders

You will get a link to view the show via email at least 24 hours prior to the show. If you do not, please check your spam / junk folder and contact us at tickets@visionaid.org. Please note we have moved from Zoom to Vimeo for a better show experience. You can disregard the rest of this message which applies to the attendees of the live show in Littleton, MA)

Ticketing 

Please note there will be 4 ticketing stations in the lobby: 

1.            Sponsors 

2.            VIP ($100) /Premium ($60) tickets 

3.            Classic ($40) tickets

4.            Regular ($30) tickets

How seating works 

Sponsors , VIP ($100) and Premium ($60) ticket holders:  Please note you will have assigned seating by name. When you come to the venue, please go to your  designated table and show your ticket. You will be provided with a wrist band and a seat number. Sponsors do not need tickets/QR codes – we will have your name at the sponsor table.

Classic ($40) /Regular ($30) ticket holders: Please note your seating is not pre-assigned. It will be offered on first-come, first-serve basis, and so please come early to get the best seats in your block. When you check in, you will be assigned the best available seats in your block and those who come early will be seated in front of those who come later. 

Photos 

Join us for photos with your friends at the Fotu Duniya photo booth in the lobby during the social hour between 3 and 3:45 pm.

Snacks/Dinner

Welcome Snack: We will offer a delicious, complimentary snack and tea to all attendees. This will be available  during the social hour, from 3 to 3:45 pm, and serving will stop at 3:45 pm. 

Dinner: A delicious boxed vegetarian dinner from Gourmet India, will be offered after the show to all sponsors and VIP ($100) ticket holders. Other ticket holders can pre-order their dinner for $14. Online sales of dinner will be available until noon on 20th of July. There will be no sales on site.
