Welcome to Vision-Aid’s 2024 Annual event in Littleton MA on Sunday July 21st, 4 PM.
This message contains important information about the event – logistics, parking, ticketing, schedule, snacks, etc. Please be sure to review it carefully!
Event Date/Time/Location
When: Sunday, 21st July from 4 – 7:30 pm. (Arrive by 3:15 pm for Snack/Tea/Social Hour)

Important : Construction Update
Due to construction, the front/main door is closed. You need to enter through the side door. If you park in the overflow parking lot in the lower level, you can use the door near the lower parking lot and go up one floor. Please See the map below.
Event Flow/Schedule
- 3:00 pm: Ticketing tables open
- 3 – 3:45 pm: Social hour and welcome snack, photos. Snack serving will stop at 3:45 pm.
- 3:15 pm: Theater Doors open and seating begins.
- 4 pm: Show begins at 4 pm sharp. Please note – we always begin our shows on time and do not wait for audience fill-in, so please be in your seats by 3:55 pm.
- 4 – 7:30 pm – The event ends at around 7:30 pm. There will be an intermission at around 6:10 pm for 20 minutes.
For Virtual/Zoom Ticket Holders
You will get a link to view the show via email at least 24 hours prior to the show. For those ordering in the last 24 hours we will also be monitoring and sending links real time through the event day. If you do not, please check your spam / junk folder and contact us at tickets@visionaid.org. You can disregard the rest of this message which applies to the attendees of the live show in Littleton, MA
Ticketing
Please note there will be 4 ticketing stations in the lobby:
1. Sponsors / VIP ($100)
2. Premium ($60) tickets
3. Classic ($40) tickets
4. Regular ($30) tickets
How seating works
Sponsors , VIP ($100) and Premium ($60) ticket holders: Please note you will have reserved and pre-assigned seating by name.
For Sponsors/VIP/Premium tickets – you do not need tickets/QR codes – we will have your name at the check-in table. Once you check-in you will get your seat numbers and wrist bands and snack coupons. Dinner coupons will be given to sponsors, VIPs and others who pre-ordered dinner.
Classic ($40) /Regular ($30) ticket holders: Your seats in the hall will be allocated in the order of purchase date. Those who bought tickets earlier will be seated within the block ahead of those who bought it later. When you check in, we’ll give you the wrist bands and snack coupons.
Event Dinner Sales Are Closed Now. There will be NO on-site sales.
A boxed dinner from Gourmet India, will be offered to all sponsors and VIP ($100) ticket holders. Other ticket holders who purchased their dinner online can collect their dinner coupon at the event.

Join us for photos with your friends at the Krisp Fotos and Fotu Duniya photo booth in the lobby during the social hour between 3 and 3:45 pm.
Welcome Snack/Tea
Welcome Snack: We will offer a complimentary snack and tea to all attendees. This will be available during the social hour, from 3 to 3:45 pm, and snacks serving will stop at 3:45 pm. You will get the snack coupon when you check in.
