Vision-Aid, in partnership with the NAB India Centre for Blind Women and Disabilities Studies, is pleased to announce the successful placement of six visually impaired candidates at the Blind Café located at TCS Siruseri, Chennai. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the candidates and a proud moment for both organizations committed to advancing inclusive employment.
A Collaborative Journey Toward Inclusive Employment
The journey began when the NAB India Centre approached Vision-Aid to collaborate in identifying and preparing suitable candidates for the Chennai Blind Café unit. As the strategic sourcing and coordination partner, Vision-Aid screened and finalized six talented visually impaired individuals for this opportunity.

Comprehensive Training for Workplace Readiness
The selected candidates began their training program in July 2025 at the NAB India Centre in Delhi, where they participated in an intensive four-month café management training program.
