Vision-Aid Vizag Center has launched a pilot call center staffed by visually impaired operators who have successfully graduated from Vision-Aid certificate programs. The first batch of 5 operators – Navin, Mahesh, Uday, Kiran & Raju are now running this call center every day to support telemarketing efforts for a startup company called “Subha Samay” an online matrimonial matching service.
The photo shows operators at work. The tile-calling is in the Telugu language and operators market services over the state of Andhra Pradesh India. This facility allows these Vision-Aid graduates to be trained in call center careers.
